Susanne Wood

Susanne Wood has extensive experience in healthcare and organizational change management, currently serving as a Performance Metrics Coordinator at Driscoll Children's Health Plan since 2016. Previously, Susanne held the position of Analyst at Alberta Health Services from 2012, focusing on change management and stakeholder engagement, while also developing user training and managing testing processes. Prior to this role, Susanne was a Consultant for Physician Contracts at Alberta Health Services from 2007 to 2011, overseeing clinical contracts and financial auditing. Susanne's career began with various roles at the Government of Alberta from 1997 to 2007, including Policy Advisor and Human Resources Consultant. Susanne holds a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta, along with a Prosci Certification in Change Management obtained in 2012.
