Becky Burns

Becky Burns is the Global Human Resources Director for Manufacturing Operations at DRiV Incorporated, leading HR initiatives across 11 sites in the US, Mexico, and South America, overseeing 5,000 team members and $2 billion in revenue since May 2019. Previously, Becky served as Senior Human Resources Manager for Walker Exhaust and Monroe Shocks and Struts, managing HR functions for two facilities with 1,900 team members and $690 million in revenue. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at DRiV, Human Resources Supervisor and Generalist at Tenneco, and Human Resources Generalist at the University of Virginia Physicians Group. Becky's career began at Western State Hospital as a Human Resource Analyst. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bridgewater College.
