Jose Luis Guerrero

Jose Luis Guerrero is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in management and manufacturing. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at DRiV Incorporated since March 2017, Jose oversees a diverse team across multiple disciplines, leading initiatives that drive significant annual savings and efficiency improvements through data analysis and process enhancements. Prior to this role, Jose held positions as Senior Manufacturing Engineer at OSG USA, INC., where skills in cutting tool design and CNC programming were developed, and as Mechanical Engineer at Baxter Healthcare, focusing on automation equipment and structural integrity analysis. An internship at Exelon and earlier experience as a student assistant further contribute to a well-rounded background in engineering. Jose holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
