Marja-Liisa Mattila

Marja-Liisa Mattila has over 20 years of work experience, primarily in customer experience and IT roles. Marja-Liisa is currently serving as a Customer Experience and IT Director at Drivalia Finland, a position they have held since August 2023. Previously, they worked at LeasePlan Finland Oy for many years, starting as a Customer Support representative in 1999 and progressing to various management positions. Marja-Liisa'sroles at LeasePlan included Business Controller, Development and IT Manager, and Development and IT Director. In these positions, they were responsible for managing development activities, IT services, process improvements, and quality management. Marja-Liisa also led teams of highly experienced professionals and achieved milestones such as deploying Salesforce for sales and account management teams. Mattila also worked at LeasePlan Corporation as a team member for Product and Profitability. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated expertise in driving digital transformation, managing projects, and ensuring quality IT services.

Marja-Liisa Mattila completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business and Administration from LUT University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, they obtained an MBA from Laurea University of Applied Science between 2005 and 2010. Marja-Liisa'seducational journey began with a BBA degree in Tiimiakatemia from Jyväskylä University of Applied Science, where they attended from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, they hold certifications such as Mentorointi-ohjelma 2022-2023 from Tradenomit I Professionals of Business and Technology and CIMP, CISP from Sofigate. Marja-Liisa has also been certified in Cobit 4.0 and ITIL 3.0 by ISACA.
