Paolo Ronco

Paolo Ronco has a strong background in compliance and management roles. Paolo started their career at the Town Hall as an assistant in the Accounting and Tax department. Paolo then worked as a surveyor at ISTAT, gathering information for social research projects. Paolo joined FCA Bank as a Compliance Specialist, where they focused on Transparency, AML, Data Protection, Outsourcing, and Conflict of Interests. Paolo later took on the role of Compliance Officer, advising the business on regulatory issues and serving as the GDPR Project Manager. In 2018, Paolo became the Compliance Manager, MLRO & Deputy Data Protection Officer, providing guidance and reports on regulatory compliance. In 2021, they joined Drivalia as the M&A Integration & Transformation Manager, responsible for implementing integration programs for newly acquired businesses and driving transformation initiatives. Paolo is currently the Network Operations Director at Drivalia, overseeing operations and driving growth.

Paolo Ronco completed the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Graduates Program from 2015 to 2018, focusing on Managerial & Soft skills. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Università degli Studi di Torino from 2012 to 2014. Paolo also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Finance, and Controls from the same university, completed from 2009 to 2012. In addition, they pursued further education at The English Language Centre for English in 2013 and The Software University for SAP in the same year. Paolo Ronco completed their high school education at Liceo Scientifico Ettore Majorana - Moncalieri from 2004 to 2009. Paolo also obtained certifications, including a SAP Certificate in 2013 and a European Computer Driving Licence Certificate in 2010.
