Nazuk Thakkar

Nazuk Thakkar is an experienced investor currently serving as Investor and Toronto General Manager at Drive Capital, the largest VC firm between the coasts, since June 2025. Prior to this role, Nazuk worked as an investor at Ripple Ventures from January 2021 to May 2025, where focus was on leading early-stage investments in companies transforming legacy industries. Additionally, Nazuk contributed as a Program Manager for the RippleX Fellowship, helping to manage and scale the program after being an alumnus of the seventh cohort. Earlier career experiences include roles at Ruby Hibiscus, Front Row Ventures, Trend Forward Capital, and Trend Micro, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities and supporting startup growth. Nazuk holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
