Carlos Alcalá

Carlos Alcalá has extensive work experience in various industries. Carlos is currently the Founder and CEO of Drive Hospitality since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Director of Business Development at AAA Parking from 2018 to 2021. From 2014 to 2018, they served as the Regional Brand Specialist at Brand Enhance Parking & Hospitality.

From 2010 to 2014, Carlos held the position of Account Manager at Towne Park, where they successfully implemented new procedures to increase revenue and trained staff on customer service and operations.

Carlos also worked as an Account Manager at Quality Parking Service from 2007 to 2010, where they introduced new policies and procedures, managed a team, and increased guest satisfaction.

Before entering the parking industry, Carlos worked as a Senior Loss Prevention/Safety Manager at Giorgio Armani from 1999 to 2007, where they conducted audits, trained staff on theft prevention and safety, and opened new stores.

Carlos Alcalá attended Carson High School and received their High School Diploma in 1997. In 1999, they briefly attended Long Beach City College.
