Milan Devic has been working in the customer success and marketing industry since 2006. In 2006, they started as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walgreens Pharmacy. In 2011, they joined Brandmuscle, Inc. as a Local Marketing & Media Associate, where they were responsible for assessing DIRECTV marketing needs and making recommendations tailored to their target demographic, goals, and budget. Milan was later promoted to Local Marketing & Media Coordinator, where they were responsible for assessing Allstate Insurance marketing needs and making recommendations tailored to their target demographic, goals, and budget. In 2015, Milan joined OnShift as a Customer Success - Retention and Renewals Manager, where they developed, managed and grew relationships with existing clients to guide them through contract renewal. Most recently, in 2020, Milan started as a Customer Success Manager at Drive My Way, where they manage the entire customer life-cycle including onboarding, conducting account reviews, training on the software, executing on customer renewals and expansion opportunities.
Milan Devic obtained a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Cleveland State University. In February 2018, they also obtained a certification in CustomerCentric Selling® from CustomerCentric Selling®.
