Rich Shopmyer

Rich Shopmyer has over 25 years of experience in the technology and operations space. In 1994, they began their career as Vice President of Technology and Data Services at Johnston, Zabor, McManus. In 2002, they joined Automatic Data Processing (ADP) as Vice President of Operations and Technology, where they were a founding executive responsible for product design, development, client delivery, and partner management. In 2011, ADP acquired Asparity, and Rich took on the role of Vice President of the Decision Technology Group. In this role, they were responsible for establishing the product road map, working with other teams to establish coordinated resource plans, and overseeing the delivery of HR benefits decision support solutions to clients. In 2019, Rich became the Chief Operating Officer of Drive My Way, an HR SaaS solution that blends technology, advanced analytics, and personalized service to transform the CDL driver recruiting experience.

Rich Shopmyer holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, where they studied Marketing. Rich also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the State University of New York at Geneseo, where they studied Business.
