Meko Hong

Meko Hong is a seasoned professional in product management and operations with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Product Account Manager at Drive Phase Consulting and as the Director of Operations at X-Commerce Solutions, Meko is adept at managing key account relationships and developing business opportunities. Previously, Meko held significant roles at Capital One, including Senior Manager of Product Management and Senior Product Manager at Ad Hoc LLC, where responsibilities included leading product teams, enhancing digital customer experiences, and managing agile development. Meko also contributed to JPMorgan Chase as a Project Management/Business Analyst, demonstrating expertise in requirements gathering and testing.
