Rowena Mackintosh

Rowena Mackintosh has held various operations roles since 2014. Rowena began their career as an Operations Assistant and Inventory Analyst at Yogurtland, where they designed and implemented a digital system to replace the paper-based store stocktake, daily records, and food safety logs. Rowena then moved on to Career Support Australia, where they rebuilt their internal data engine to provide insights through daily reporting and assisted with day-to-day operations. In 2016, they became the Operations Manager at The Scoop Artisan Gelato, where they were responsible for managing multiple sites and teams. In 2020, they joined Buildsoft Pty Ltd as the Revenue & Operations Manager, where they led multiple projects and initiatives, including automating workflows and processes and rolling out the business' Covid-19 strategy. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as the Operations Manager at DriveYello, where they champion business optimisation and supports the company in managing last mile logistics.

Rowena Mackintosh attended Macquarie University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Decision Science, Mathematics, Business Analysis & Information Systems. In 2020, they continued their education at MiTek Training, where they specialized in Project Management, Performance Management, Talent Retention, and Managing Remote Employees.
