Kristina Kratsios

Kristina Kratsios, RA, is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in project management and design across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management at drive21, Inc. since May 2019, Kristina has led significant projects, including a team store relocation at a baseball stadium and award-winning commercial renovations. Previous roles include Architect at Habjan Betancourt Architecture, Construction Project Manager at Indeed.com, and Project Manager at SIGAL Construction Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed pre-construction and project management in interior construction. Kristina also contributed as a Work Study Practicum at Baum Development, assisting in project management and feasibility studies. This career journey began with earlier roles as a Staff Architect and Architectural Intern at Anchor Point Architecture, Feinberg & Associates, and Holliday Architects. Kristina holds a Master of Integrated Building Delivery from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture from Philadelphia University, complemented by a study abroad program at the American University of Rome.
