Bernard Ravenelle has had a long and varied career in customer service and management. In 2002 they began working at Sam's Club as a Check Out Supervisor and Deli Team Lead, where they were responsible for overseeing the meat and deli department and assisting HR in interviewing, training, coaching, and developing all associates. Bernard also worked as a Business Account Representative, contacting potential businesses for company memberships through cold calling and business to business walk-ins. In 2011, they advanced to become District Manager of WIS International's northern region with 100+ employees, providing strategic, operational and fiscal leadership and maintaining national presentation/service standards in all assigned locations. In 2014, they became Store Manager at Dollar General. In 2016, they took on the role of Facility Manager at GTS Distribution, overseeing the successful grand opening of the St. Louis distribution center hub from shipping and receiving aspect including DC logistics and merchandise binning strategy. In 2017, they became Operations Manager at River City Casino & Hotel. In 2018, they became Manager at Johnny Mac's Sporting Goods, developing strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction, creating store policies that drove an increase in sales over 10% in multiple departments and growing the existing customer base. Finally, in 2019, they joined DriveCentric as a Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Manager.
Bernard Ravenelle attended Lindenwood University from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
