Christopher Cavalcante (C.J.)

Christopher (C.J.) Cavalcante is an experienced aerospace and quality management professional with a diverse background in aircraft maintenance and operations. Currently serving as a Product & Services Quality Manager at Boeing since October 2018, Christopher oversees teams responsible for ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements while developing strategies for performance improvement. Previous roles at Boeing include Flightline Quality Assurance Inspector and Aircraft Maintenance Technician for the KC-46, as well as Flightline Operations Manager for both KC-46 and P8 aircraft. Christopher's experience extends to General Atomics Aeronautical Systems as an MQ-9B Predator Drone Aircraft Integration Technician and a notable military career in the US Navy, focusing on F/A-18 aircraft systems as a supervisor and quality inspector. Additionally, Christopher currently holds the position of Head Baseball Coach at Driveline Baseball Enterprises, Inc.
