The Product and Customer Operations team at Driven is responsible for ensuring smooth underwriting processes, providing exceptional customer service, and driving product development. The Underwriter assesses risk and approves or declines financing applications, the Customer Service Specialist addresses and resolves client inquiries, the Senior Product Designer creates user-centric product designs, and the Product Owner oversees the product lifecycle to align with business goals and customer needs. Together, they ensure that Driven’s fintech solutions meet the evolving needs of Canada’s small businesses.
