Marine Maucour

Marine Maucour has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

In 2015, Marine joined Driver Trett as a Consultant, providing consultancy services on complex international projects in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Water, Construction, Energy, and Shipbuilding. Marine specialized in drafting and submitting claims and counter-claims related to delay and EoT matters. Marine also supported Diales Quantum & Delay Experts on ICC Arbitration cases, conducting record reviews, analysis, and preparing supports for witness-expert reports. Marine was promoted to Senior Consultant in September 2018 and later became the Operations Director in December 2020.

Alongside their role at Driver Trett, Marine also worked at Diales - Expert Witness services since 2015. Marine focused on providing expert witness support to appointed Delay Experts for Engineering and Construction projects, particularly in arbitration cases and expert determinations. Marine further enhanced their academic background by training as a Mediator at the CMAP (Center of Mediation and Arbitration of Paris).

From 2011 to 2015, Marine worked at Mareex Consulting SA as a Senior Analyst and Claim Analyst. Marine handled claim management, dispute/litigation auditing, and built files for legal issues. Marine closely collaborated with quantum and law firms in arbitration cases in the transportation sector. Marine also contributed to risk management, margin protection and recovery, delay analysis, and contract management across industries like Railways, Oil/Gas/Petrochemicals, Shipbuilding, Infrastructures, and Pulp & Paper.

Previously, Marine served as a Junior Consultant at I2M Consult from 2010 to 2011, where they provided marketing, strategy, and innovation services for businesses in the field of management and consultancy.

Their early career began as a Trainee at SAREC, where they were involved in establishing strategy and negotiation sessions with foreign companies. Marine later worked as a Trainee at Societe Generale Mumbai, participating in a JV project between SG Group and State Bank of India and contributing to business launching, legal aspects, and crisis communication. Marine also gained experience in the communication department at Societe Generale Securities Services in Paris.

Marine Maucour completed their education at Sciences Po Toulouse from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Master's degree in International Relations and Business Strategy. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Joffre Montpellier from 2005 to 2006, in a Classe Préparatoire Aux Grandes Ecoles - Hypokhâgne program. Marine Maucour also obtained several additional certifications, including a Management and Administration of FIDIC Contracts certificate from FIDIC - International Federation of Consulting Engineers in June 2021, a Formation à la médiation inter-entreprises certificate from CMAP - Médiation et Arbitrage in September 2017, and a Planification et Suivi de Projets avec Primavera P6 certificate from Primafrance Systems SAS in August 2017.
