Josh Kolar has a diverse work experience with a focus on logistics and data utilization. Josh is the Founder and CEO of driverDOC, a company aimed at improving the driver experience and integrated data flow in the logistics supply chain. Josh is also the Founder and Owner of Asset Balance Solutions, where they empower leaders and businesses by implementing a robust data utilization strategy.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Kolar served as the E-BOL Chair at the Blockchain in Transport Alliance (BiTA), where they played a key role in formulating data standards for the global supply chain.

Josh also has experience in the transportation industry, working as a Manager - Intermodal Network Design at Werner Enterprises and holding various managerial positions at Union Pacific Railroad, including Business Manager - Market Planning and Pricing Manager. During their time at Union Pacific Railroad, they achieved impressive results such as revenue growth, cost savings, and optimization of intermodal container assets.

Before entering the transportation industry, Kolar worked as an IT Advisory Associate at KPMG and gained experience in auditing as an Audit Intern at the Air Force Audit Agency (AFAA). Josh also worked as a Tax Intern at Koski Professional Group, P.C.

Earlier in their career, Kolar served as a Finance Supervisor at UPS.

Josh Kolar began their education in 2004 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Accounting. Josh attended the university for one year until 2005. Following that, from 2005 to 2008, they continued their education at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where they successfully completed their BSBA degree in Accounting.
