Bruce Moszcelt

Bruce Moszcelt is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and investment banking. Currently serving as a Partner at Blue Frame Capital Partners since June 2022, Bruce is dedicated to supporting North American entrepreneurs in the lower middle market. Additionally, Bruce holds board member positions with Echo Point Books & Media, DriveSafe Driving Schools, and Allyant, the latter also being Co-CEO of the company known for its accessible communications solutions. As a Partner at Gestalt Equity Partners, Bruce focuses on mid-market investments, while previous experience includes a role as Managing Director at BMO Mid Market Investment Banking, specializing in M&A and capital advisory services. Bruce’s career in finance began at CIBC World Markets as an Associate after earning a degree from Ivey Business School at Western University.
