Jennifer M. Adams, CCP, currently serves as a Senior Managing Consultant at Drivestream since February 2024. Previously, Jennifer held the position of HR Technology Manager at Apps Associates, where responsibilities included directing global HRIS initiatives and crafting an HRIS roadmap. As Enterprise Solution Practice Leader at New Resources Consulting, strategic direction for HCM and ERP consulting was provided, while at KBACE, a Cognizant Company, Jennifer managed a remote team focused on Oracle Cloud implementations. Earlier experiences include roles as HRIS & Compensation Manager at Desert Financial Credit Union and Senior Compensation Consultant at both Banner Health and CHRISTUS Health, where Jennifer led various compensation and HRIS projects. Jennifer began career as a Compensation Analyst at Texas Health Resources. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, Pre-law, and Business from Arizona State University.
