Naveen Palli

Naveen Palli has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Naveen'smost recent position is as a Senior Functional Consultant - Oracle HCM Cloud at Drivestream, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Virtusa as an SBU Lead - Talent Acquisition - North America from June 2019 to October 2022. In this role, they successfully managed various accounts and stakeholders while overseeing technology needs for the entire North America region. Naveen also played an active role in recruitment and team management.

Before Virtusa, Naveen worked at Atos Syntel as an Assistant Manager from July 2017 to June 2019. In this position, they handled end-to-end recruitment life cycle and was responsible for hiring seasoned IT professionals for two major accounts - FedEx and State Street Bank.

Prior to Atos Syntel, Naveen was employed at HTC Global Services as an Assistant Manager from February 2014 to July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for hiring IT talent for leading insurance clients in the US and managed a team of recruiters.

Earlier in their career, Naveen worked at ICONMA as a Sr. Consultant from December 2012 to January 2014, at XTGlobal Inc as a Consultant from October 2011 to November 2012, at Cigniti Inc as an Associate Consultant from January 2010 to October 2011, and at Prolific Technologies, Inc as an Associate from June 2006 to February 2008.

Through their various roles, Naveen gained extensive experience in recruitment, team management, and fulfilling technology needs for different organizations and domains.

Naveen Palli obtained their Bachelor of Computer Science degree in Computer Science & Information Technology from Acharya Nagarjuna University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Naveen then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education, completing their studies from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, Naveen also holds a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in March 2022.
