Jana Zimmerman

Jana Zimmerman is the current Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition, Field at DriveTime. Jana has over 17 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Jana started their career in 2004 as a Compensation/Employee Relations Manager at Methodist Medical Group. Jana then became a Recruiter at Banner Healthcare in November 2011 and was promoted to Recruitment Senior Manager in April 2013. In January 2015, they left Banner Health to become Republic Services' Regional Recruitment Manager, a position they held until July 2018. Jana then joined Consumer Cellular, Inc. as their Director of Talent Acquisition in October 2019 and held that role until October 2021 when they joined Empower Partnerships as their Director of Talent Acquisition.

Jana Zimmerman has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
