Eli Shapira

Eli Shapira has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Eli began their career as an RF Engineer at IAI in 2001. In 2005, they moved to Gilat Satcom, where they worked as a Frequency Allocation Manager and Support Engineer. Eli then moved to Gilat Satellite Networks in 2008, where they held the roles of Link Design Manager and Satellite Systems Specialist. In 2015, they joined Advantech Wireless Inc., where they served as Senior System Architect and Research & Innovation Team Leader. In 2017, they became the Engineering Director at SpaceBridge Inc. Eli then took on the role of Communication Expert while self-employed in 2019, and in the same year became a System Engineer Architect at Ceragon Networks. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Director of Innovation at DriveU.auto.

Eli Shapira completed a Bsc in Electronic Engineering from Ariel University between 2008 and 2012, focusing on Communication and Computers. From 1999 to 2001, they obtained a Practical Engineer degree from ORT Colleges, specializing in Electronics and Computers. Eli also graduated from ORT Singalovski High School in 1999, having earned a Matriculation Certificate with a focus in Electrical and Electronics, Computers, Science and Mathematics.
