Abhay Kumar

Abhay Kumar is an experienced professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Customer Success at DriveU since March 2016, where responsibilities include driving business growth, enhancing client relationships, and heading strategic alliances. Abhay has also held roles as Associate Director and Customer Success Manager, focusing on account management and leading teams in client relationship enhancement. Prior to DriveU, Abhay worked as a Brand Expert at Tapzo, managing online food ordering and vendor relationships, and as a Verification Specialist at First Advantage. Abhay began a career as a Process Associate at Infosys. Abhay holds an MBA in Marketing from Visvesvaraya Technological University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Ranchi University.
