Stephen Nash

As the Head of Business Development at DriveWealth, Stephen manages the business development strategy and works with fintechs, consumer-facing companies, and financial institutions to develop creative and scalable solutions that make investing easier for customers worldwide.

Stephen improves the international finance strategies available to his clients, which traditionally have been CEOs of foreign public companies. His contributions to developing new, more efficient, transparent, and cost-effective methods to trade equities aligned with the launch and roll-out of the OTCQX, (the top tier for the over-the-counter trading of stocks) market in the United States.

Stephen played a pivotal role in building successful businesses around these capabilities at four boutique investment banks. In developing these businesses throughout Asia, Australia, Latin America, and Europe, Stephen has provided his expertise to thousands of multinational issuers. As an investment banker and trusted advisor, Stephen advised nearly 10% of all issuers listed on the OTCQX, which today is an equity marketplace valued at more than $1.4 trillion.

Stephen earned a BA in Economics from Davidson College and graduated from the St. Mark's School of Texas. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
