Kam Roshan has extensive experience in product management and customer service. Most recently, they have been a Senior Product Manager at Drivewyze since 2021, where they are responsible for driving all aspects of product definition, delivery and growth, with a focus on keeping drivers and roads safe. Prior to this, they were a Principal Product Manager at Omnitracs from 2014 to 2021, where they were the Product CEO responsible for owning and driving all aspects of product definition and delivery. From 2007 to 2014, they held two roles at XRS Corporation: Client Manager and Customer Service Manager. In the former role, they were the primary point of contact for key strategic accounts and in the latter, they were responsible for all aspects of customer onboarding and support. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Business Analyst at Turnpike Global Technologies, where they were responsible for implementing processes in all aspects of the organization. From 2002 to 2005, they were a Senior Business Analyst at the Ontario HIV Treatment Network, where they managed the implementation of an electronic health record in hospital-based and primary care clinics. Finally, from 1998 to 2002, they were a Solutions Consultant and Product Assurance Consultant at Staffware, where they worked with financial/government clients to automate manual processes and tested Staffware's workflow product on various operating systems.
Kam Roshan graduated from DeMontfort University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems.
