Rob Pallante

Rob Pallante has an extensive work experience in various industries. Rob founded Mindset Body Bank in 2019, a platform focused on developing an invincible mindset for athletes and individuals. Rob also worked as a Senior Partner Account Manager at Drivewyze starting in 2021. In the same year, they became a Bench Coach at Won For All, a leadership development community for elite athletes. Before that, Rob served as the President of The ROITT Group Inc. from 2009 to 2019. In 2018, they worked as the EVP of Sales and Marketing at Eddy Solutions, an industry leader in flood and leak protection solutions. Rob held multiple positions at XRS Corporation, including Vice President of Business Development and Director of Business Development. Rob also worked as the National Sales Manager at Shaw Tracking from 2006 to 2009 and as the VP of Sales Canada at PeopleNet from 2001 to 2006. Rob started their career at Newcom Business Media Inc. as an Account Manager, where they were later promoted to Major Account Manager, serving high-profile accounts in the transportation industry.

Rob Pallante attended Michigan Technological University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
