Joey Nguyen

Joey Nguyen is a finance and real estate student at Virginia Tech, expected to graduate in May 2026. Currently serving as an Incoming Sales Intern at Otis Elevator Co. and a Business Development Intern at Driving Forward, Joey is also the Chief Recruitment and Marketing Officer for the Finance Club at Virginia Tech, managing recruitment initiatives and overseeing budgetary concerns. As a Real Estate Manager for Beta Theta Pi, Joey leads a committee focused on the fraternity's residential properties. Additionally, participation in Deloitte's First Generation Mentorship Program enhances professional development through networking and mentorship with industry professionals. Joey balances studies with work as a server at Hefun Restaurant and has prior experience in server roles at Great American Restaurants and as an Operations Shift Manager at Alo Vietnam Restaurant and Bar, demonstrating strong customer service and leadership skills.
