Gavin Pell began their work experience in 1995 as an Executive at KPMG Corporate Finance. After five years, they moved to Solomon Hare corporate finance as a Corporate Finance Manager. In 2001, Gavin joined Crydom Limited, where they held the positions of Finance Director and later Managing Director. In 2007, Gavin became a Corporate Finance Partner at Aurora Partners, a specialist corporate finance boutique. In 2015, they became the CFO of Driving Miss Daisy Ltd. Finally, in 2017, Gavin became the Managing Partner at B3 Accounting Ltd, where they served until the end of 2019.
Gavin Pell began their education journey in 1988 at the University of Liverpool where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, earning a 2.1 grade. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended the University of the West of England from 1993 to 1994, obtaining a Certificate of Proficiency in Law. Later on, from 1995 to 1998, Gavin attended KPMG, where they completed their education in Chartered Accountancy and obtained a degree in the same field.
