Veronica Ordoqui

Veronica Ordoqui has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Veronica started their career in 2009 as a Current Account Assistant at Mayorista el Gran Tornado, where they handled invoicing, customer service, and account management.

In 2011, they joined IpsGroup as a Laboratory Technician Junior, responsible for production and repairs of POS terminals and card readers. Veronica then became a Field Service Team Leader SemiSenior, coordinating field and laboratory technicians for support and maintenance.

Veronica then joined QuadMinds LatAm in 2015 as an Operations Assistant, providing technical support, coordinating visits, and resolving customer issues. Veronica later transitioned to roles such as Responsible for Operations, Production, and Supply Chain, where they managed production planning, supplier evaluation, and warranty tracking. Veronica also became the Operations Manager, overseeing facility tasks, technician contracts, and SLA compliance.

Currently, Veronica is the Manager of Operations at Drixit Technologies, where they lead a team distributed in Argentina and Brazil. Veronica is responsible for team supervision, goal setting, and providing guidance for growth. Veronica is also leading the consolidation of operations in Brazil, ensuring a smooth transition and operational efficiency.

Throughout their career, Veronica has demonstrated leadership, coordination, and technical skills in various operational and customer service roles. Veronica has experience in team management, project planning, outsourcing, and implementing service level agreements.

Veronica Ordoqui completed a Diplomatura en Gestión Logística Integral at Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires in 2017.
