Dave Breau

Dave Breau has a wide range of experience, starting as a judicial clerk in the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Dave later worked at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Sidley Austin LLP as an associate in litigation and senior associate in litigation, respectively. In 2016, they joined Straight Path Communications Inc. as general counsel and played a pivotal role in the company's acquisition by Verizon for $3.1 billion. Dave then worked as the Chief Strategy Officer & General Counsel at MayStreet, which was later acquired by London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). At LSEG, they were the director of strategy for a year before becoming the chief operating officer at DrizzleX - Water Management Solutions since June 2023.

Dave Breau earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University in 1998 and then went on to attend Duke University School of Law, where they received their J.D. in 2006.
