Jordan Zolan is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in account management and customer success. Currently serving as the Director of Account Management at DrizzleX since September 2024, Jordan previously held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at ButterflyMX® from September 2020, where leadership and team development efforts led to a team ARR of $10 million. Prior experience includes managing customer success at Victims2Victory and holding various management positions in the restaurant industry for nearly two decades. Jordan's expertise extends to senior roles in account management and public relations, with notable achievements at Swiss Post Solutions, Inc. and The Morris + King Company. Jordan holds a Master of Science in Global Affairs from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
