Nick McCommon

Nick McCommon's work experience begins with their current position as a Technical Support Analyst at DRMP, Inc., which started in August 2022.

Prior to their current role, Nick worked as a Bar Back at STK Steakhouse from October 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they served as the Lead Bar Back at M Bar and Lounge from October 2019 to September 2021. Nick also worked as a Bar Assistant at M Lounge from December 2018 to October 2019.

Earlier in their career, Nick held a role as Front of House staff at Tin & Taco from June 2018 to December 2018. Nick then worked as a Community Assistant at Asset Campus Housing from October 2016 to June 2018.

Nick gained customer service experience as a Guest Service Associate at Towne Park from March 2013 to May 2016.

Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Associate at The Home Depot, where they provided advice to customers and maintained the store from July 2011 to April 2013.

Nick's earliest work experience was as a Reservationist at Holiday Inn Club Vacations from March 2008 to April 2011. In this role, they handled cabana and golf reservations, as well as managing the pro shop for one of the courses.

Nick McCommon attended Harmony High School from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Nick then enrolled at Valencia College from 2010 to 2014, earning an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Later, Nick attended the University of Central Florida from 2016 to 2019, where they pursued an Integrated Business degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Nick has also obtained several certifications. In 2018 and 2019, they completed various courses on Lynda.com, including "Critical Thinking," "Writing Formal Business Letters and Emails," "Marketing Foundations: Qualitative Research," "Executive Decision Making," "Using Customer Surveys to Improve Service," "Running a Profitable Business: Understanding Cash Flow," and "Business Acumen for Project Managers."

Furthermore, in 2022, Nick obtained two certifications from CompTIA, namely "CompTIA A+" and "CompTIA A+ ce Certification." Nick also completed a certification in "Value-Based Pricing" from Lynda.com in 2019.
