Nicole Drylie has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Nicole began their career at Nicholls State University as an Advertising Graphic Designer, where they designed ads for the university paper and received recognition for their work. Nicole then joined Teche Regional Medical Center as a Marketing Assistant, responsible for building relationships with the community and coordinating marketing efforts.

Drylie later worked at the Workforce Development Center as a Customer Service Specialist, providing services to job seekers and marketing agency services to employers. Nicole then moved on to Oceaneering, where they held multiple roles. As a Proposal Coordinator, they prepared bids and proposals in collaboration with various departments and managed the handover of won projects. Drylie also served as a Proposal Coordination Manager, overseeing a team and ensuring proposals met customer requirements. Additionally, they worked as a Contracts Administrator, managing multiple projects' contracts and providing guidance on compliance and change orders.

Most recently, Drylie joined DRMP, Inc. as a Marketing Manager. In this role, they manage a team of Marketing Coordinators, guiding them in developing professional proposals and presentations for the AEC industry. Nicole also focuses on increasing efficiencies and improving processes.
