Ryan Mitchell P.e.

Ryan Mitchell, P.E. has over 22 years of work experience. Ryan started their career in 1999 as a Marine Science Technician in the U.S. Coast Guard, where they worked until 2007. After that, they joined DRMP as a Project Engineer and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2016, Ryan worked as a Project Engineer at E Sciences, Incorporated. In 2016, they returned to DRMP, where they initially served as a Project Manager and later became an Engineering Manager/Office Leader in July 2022.

Ryan Mitchell, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of South Florida from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the same university.

Ryan has acquired several certifications throughout their career. In January 2013, they obtained a Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Florida Board of Professional Engineers. Following that, in August 2016, they achieved another PE certification from the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors. Simultaneously, in the same month, they also obtained a Level III certification as a Designer of Erosion and Sediment Control Plans from the North Carolina Department of Transportation.

In August 2018, Ryan further expanded their certifications by obtaining a PE certification from the South Carolina State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Surveyors. Continuing their professional development, they received a PE certification from the Georgia Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors Board in March 2020. Most recently, in March 2022, they acquired a PE certification from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation.
