Brian Gillette

Brian Gillette has extensive work experience in the field of research and medicine. Brian currently holds the position of Vice President of Data at Droice Labs since June 2023. Prior to this, Brian founded Ardent Cell Technologies in November 2014 and continues to hold the founder role. Brian also worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Foundations of Medicine at NYU Grossman Long Island School of Medicine from October 2019 to July 2023. Brian has also served as a Research Scientist in the Department of Surgery at NYU Langone Health from August 2016 to July 2023, where they collaborated on wound healing research. Before that, they worked as an Associate Research Scientist at Columbia University from December 2012 to February 2015 and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Biomedical Engineering Department at Columbia University from February 2011 to June 2012.

Brian Gillette completed their education in Biomedical Engineering at Columbia Engineering. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree from 1999 to 2005 and later pursued a PhD in the same field, graduating from 2005 to 2010.
