Emil Sarauw

Emil Sarauw is an accomplished professional in the field of artificial intelligence and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Artificial Intelligence at Droids Agency since February 2022. Prior to this role, Emil held the position of Head of Department – AI, Control & Case Management at KMD from May 2018 to February 2022, and also worked as a Senior Analytics Consultant, focusing on leveraging big data for public sector decision-making. Emil's experience includes project management and analytical consulting at SAS from December 2015 to May 2018, along with a strong educational background in Physics and Nanotechnology from the Technical University of Denmark, where a Master's thesis investigated time-lens induced de-magnification factors. Early career roles included teaching physics at Allerød Gymnasium and serving as a teaching assistant at the Technical University of Denmark, alongside experience as a primary school teacher.
