Jimmi co-founded Droids Agency in 2017, focusing on intelligent customer service and automation through cognitive technologies. Prior experience includes founding Spitze & Co A/S and serving as Vice President at KMD A/S, where responsibilities spanned citizen service solutions and consulting services. Jimmi's educational background includes executive education in digital disruption from INSEAD and a BA in Public Administration from Roskilde University.
