Simon Hatch

Simon Hatch is a seasoned User Experience professional with over two decades of experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Head of User Experience at Droit since February 2022, Simon previously held multiple leadership roles at Morgan Stanley, including Executive Director of Global Head of Institutional User Experience and Design, where a global team of over 40 designers and developers was led to create user-centered solutions across various financial services. Other notable positions at Morgan Stanley included Executive Director and Head of Interaction Design, as well as Vice President and User Experience Designer for the innovative Morgan Stanley Matrix platform. Early career highlights include a Principal Consultant role at Flow Interactive, focusing on top clients such as Easyjet and The Guardian, and positions at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and West Landesbank. Simon's academic background includes an MA in Interactive Multimedia from the University of the Arts London.
