Katrina Lindsay

Katrina Lindsay has had a long and successful career in Human Resources. Katrina began their career in 1998 as an HR Manager at Nokia Mobile Phones. In 2004, they moved to Nokia Headquarters to become the Employer Brand Manager for the Global Strategic Resourcing Group. In 2006, they returned to Nokia as the Head of HR for ANZ, as well as the HR Program Manager and HR Manager Strategic Resourcing for South East Asia Pacific. In 2012, they became a Company Director for Ewart Investments Pty Ltd. From 2016 to 2022, they were the Human Resources Manager at Flying Bark Productions, where they were responsible for recruiting Artists and Production talent. Currently, they are a Talent Partner at Dronamics, helping to scale the business in Europe and Australia.

Katrina Lindsay attended the University of Sydney from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a BA degree with a double major in Government and Fine Art. Katrina then attended Deakin University from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a Diploma in Human Resources.
