Magdalena Maximova has worked in various roles since 2017. Magdalena began their career as an English Teacher at English Kindergarten TUTI in 2017. In 2019, they joined foodpanda as a Human Resources Specialist and later became a Junior Human Resources Executive. In 2021, they moved to Glovo as a Regional People Generalist for Bulgaria and Slovenia. Currently, they are employed as a People Operations Partner at DRONAMICS since 2022.
Magdalena Maximova obtained their Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski in 2017. Magdalena then continued their studies at New Bulgarian University in 2018, pursuing a field of study in Organisational and Social Psychology.
