Raffael Blattner

Raffael Blattner is an experienced operations and manufacturing manager with a robust background in overseeing complex projects and leading diverse teams. Currently serving as Operations Manager at DroneShield since April 2023, Raffael previously held the position of Manufacturing Manager at Baraja from August 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing the entire order fulfillment process and leading a team of operators, technicians, and supply chain specialists. Prior to that, Raffael held various roles at Huber+Suhner Pty Ltd, including Pilot Manufacturing Manager and Operations Manager, managing multi-disciplinary teams and projects across several industries. Raffael's educational background includes a degree in Project Management from WISS and another in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Techniker Schule Dietikon.
