Taras Kazantsev

Taras Kazantsev has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Taras is currently the Founder of SpatioLAB, a position they have held since October 2019. In December 2020, they also took on the role of Founder at SpatioLAB. Prior to this, they worked at DroneUA as the Head of Remote Sensing Department, starting in June 2015. In 2018, they served as an Advisor at Regen Network. Before that, they were a Research Associate at the Scientific Centre for Aerospace Research of the Earth, NASU, starting in November 2014. From October 2011 to October 2014, they worked as a Research Associate at the Estonian University of Life Sciences. Taras also has experience at the Institute of Plant Physiology and Genetics, NASU, where they held roles as a Research Associate, Junior Researcher, and Engineer from 2002 to 2011.

Taras Kazantsev completed their high school education from 1999 to 2004 at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, specializing in Biophysics. Taras then pursued further studies at the Institute of Plant Physiology and Genetics, NASU from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Plant Physiology.
