Katie Kirkconnell

Katie Kirkconnell currently serves as the Vice President of Strategy at DROOL since October 2025. Prior to this role, Katie held several positions at Burberry, including Senior Manager in Strategy & Transformation and Manager in Strategy & Growth from September 2023 to October 2025. Previously, Katie was with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from September 2019 to August 2023, progressing from Associate to Consultant and then Project Leader. In early 2019, Katie completed a six-month consultancy with Capitalize for Kids, focusing on enhancing capacity within Canada's youth mental health sector. Katie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and has also studied at the Toronto School of Art.
