Sarah Mah has been working in the gaming industry since 2007. Sarah began their career as a QA Tester at Blue Castle Games, followed by a Senior Tester - Automation Analyst role at Electronic Arts. In 2008, they moved to Next Level Games as a QA Tester and then to United Front Games in 2010 in the same capacity. In 2011, they joined Slant Six Games as a Game Designer and Dev Support. In 2014, they moved to both Piranha Games and Roadhouse Interactive as a Game Designer. In 2016, they began working at Hothead Games in the same role. In 2018, they joined Kabam as a Game Systems Designer and in 2021, they started at Drop Fake as a Game Designer.

Sarah Mah's education history includes a Certificate in Interaction Design from Emily Carr University of Art and Design, earned in 2021. Sarah also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of British Columbia, earned in 2006. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2004. Sarah also attended Vancouver Film School from 2000 to 2001, where they earned a 3D Animation and Digital Effects certificate.
