Caroline Gleeson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance content strategy and fitness coaching. Currently serving as an Associate Director at Mediabrands Content Studio since January 2022, Caroline leads Personalized Creative & Dynamic/DCO Creative Strategy for a diverse client base, including UM, Mediahub, and Initiative clients. In addition to a role at Alpha Fit Club as a Coach, Caroline has held various significant positions, such as Manager of Addressable Content Strategy at UM Worldwide and Drop Fitness, and has worked in digital investment at Wavemaker. Prior experience encompasses media planning at Havas Media Group, fragrance retail sales at L'Oréal, and support roles in public relations and marketing at The Donna Karan Company and LVMH. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Marist University, complemented by a Minor in Fashion Merchandising.
