Bayarsaikhan Volodya

Bayarsaikhan Volodya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bayarsaikhan has co-founded DropBlok.io and TomYo EdTech in 2019 and is currently serving as the Cofounder and CPO of DropBlok.io and as the Founder of TomYo EdTech. In 2018, Bayarsaikhan worked as a Board Member for LendMN. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Chief Operating Officer at AND Global Pte., where they were responsible for issuing 1.6M micro-loans worth USD $130M and overseeing product, marketing, sales, growth, people ops, and engineering. Prior to this, Bayarsaikhan worked at Dell EMC as a Product Manager, where they launched Pravega, delivered Nautilus Alpha, and managed cross-functional teams. Bayarsaikhan also has experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington and a Senior Product Manager - Technical Products Intern at Amazon. Earlier in their career, Bayarsaikhan founded and led BizNetwork.mn, the first local professional social network in Mongolia, and Singleton LLC. Bayarsaikhan also worked as a Business Systems Analyst at ISC Mongolia.

Bayarsaikhan Volodya obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Washington between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2005, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Engineering from Yildiz Technical University. Their undergraduate studies took place from 2000 to 2004 at Ege University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Science.
