Aisling Blakeney

Aisling Blakeney is the Chief of Staff, EMEA Sales & Channel at Dropbox. Aisling was previously the Chief Operating Officer at Engager from July 2016 to April 2018. During their time at Engager, they led operations projects involving multiple disciplinary in-house teams and management, co-ordinated and managed technology roadmap and UI/UX development timelines, developed and managed company-wide employee policies, conducted all employee recruitment and selection processes, developed the sales pipeline, qualified opportunities and pitched to potential clients, prepared project analytics, financial analysis and team capacity updates for investor board meetings and weekly stakeholder conference calls, led and managed an expanding team during a scale–up phase, provided key client liaison interface by managing feedback from monthly meetings, interpreting and reframing issues into design and development product updates, presented to Techstars Music Board in the ‘Top 25’ week in Los Angeles in December 2017, successfully completed the Dublin Business Innovation Centre ‘Investor Ready Programme’ resulting in two HBAN investor pitch presentations in 2017, was runner-up in the Enterprise Ireland HPSU Sprint programme Demo Day December 2017, and was a finalist in Google Adopt a Start-up, pitching to senior Google executives in HQ April 2017. Aisling was also invited to participate in Google Startupenomics on human behaviour in October 2017.
