Allison Vendt

Allison Vendt possesses extensive experience in human resources and education, currently serving as the Senior Director and Global Head of Virtual First, People PMO, and People Analytics at Dropbox. Previous roles include Director of People Strategy, Operations, and Analytics and Senior Manager, Head of Employee and Career Development. Additionally, Allison has acted as an Advisor for The Forem and worked as an Independent Consultant. Academic contributions include serving as Associate Director for Global Innovation Programs at Stanford Graduate School of Business, along with roles in advising student-athletes at Stanford University. Allison holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
