Austin Sung

Austin Sung is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in product development and user experience. Currently at Dropbox since July 2015, Austin has contributed to the development of Image Search, leading the integration of search infrastructure, machine learning, and user interface changes, while also architecting onboarding frameworks that enhance user conversion. Prior experience includes working as a hacker at Clementine Labs, Inc., focusing on front-end development across multiple platforms, and as a senior software engineer at Zynga, where Austin contributed to key mobile platform products. Austin holds a Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Human Computer Interaction, both from Carnegie Mellon University.
