Busra Demirci

Busra Demirci is currently the Director of Product Design for AI Innovations at Dropbox, a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Busra worked at Instagram from August 2020 to March 2025, serving as a Product Designer focusing on Emerging Platforms, Gen AI, and Wearables, and also held the title of Senior Design Manager and Head of Design for Instagram Camera. Busra's experience includes serving as Experience Design Lead at Airbnb from September 2019 to July 2020, where work encompassed Platform design for Booking, Membership, Trust, and Belonging. Additional design expertise was gained at Fantasy, leading user experience for notable clients such as Royal Caribbean and Ford from June 2018 to September 2019, and at NASA as a Human Factors Designer involved in innovative projects from May 2018 to July 2019.
